Shipping policy

Sauvy B LLC (“We” and “Us”) operates winowrestilingfederation.com(“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, the user (“You” and “Your”) will be agreeing to the terms below. These terms are provided to confirm that You and We are both aware of, as well as agree to, this arrangement.

We ship to California, Oregon, and Washington only. All wine orders require verification of legal identity showing age of at least 21 as well as signature collected upon delivery. By ordering from Website you certify that you are at least 21 years old. Your shipment will arrive by one or more of the following Carriers: United Parcel Service, Inc. (“UPS”), General Logistics Systems US, Inc. (“GLS”), an independent courier dispatched by Doordash, Inc. (“Doordash”), or our staff.

If the Carrier cannot reasonably verify and record your age and/or identity with a currently-valid “Bona Fide” identification (as defined by the State of California), that you are not intoxicated at time of delivery, that you are in a motor vehicle at time of delivery, or has reasonable basis to deny delivery, You agree that the product will be returned to Us and the cost of return shipment will be charged to the original credit card or deducted from any refund. All wines are also available for in-store pick-up.

According to the State of California, a “Bona Fide” identification is one issued by a Government Agency and that contains the following criteria: Your name, photograph, physical description, date of birth, that is issued by a Governmental Agency, and which must be valid (not expired). You further acknowledge that under California law we have the authority to seize any identification from a person that shows to be under 21 or false, so long as a receipt is given to the person from whom it was seized and the seized identification is given over to the local law enforcement agency that has jurisdiction over the premises within 24 hours.

All orders are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, many items are extremely limited in production and are also sold in our physical location. As such, occasionally there may be a stock discrepancy resulting in our inability to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item, replace the unavailable item with a similar item, or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

All orders placed on winowrestilingfederation.com will be processed and orders are usually ready for the Carrier to pick up within two business days upon pending item availability and payment verification. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Upon pick-up by the carrier, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been picked up by the Carrier. If an order has already been picked up by the Carrier, please refer to our refund policy.

We cannot ship to P.O. box addresses. We are also unable to ship to military addresses. For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been picked up by the Carrier. For change of the delivery address after shipping, there is a $50 fee.

Once We have delivered the merchandise to the Carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. Sauvy B LLC is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to remedy the situation (UPS at 1-800-742-5877 and GLS at 1-800-322-5555). If the shipment has not been delivered within the period identified during checkout, please contact us immediately to assist in remedying the situation.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase We do not charge for shipping. You reimburse us for the actual cost of shipping; for this reason no tax is charged. The additional cost for shipping will be invoiced to the customer and once the invoice is paid the order will be shipped out. Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
